Incoming Material Inspection

Each batch of critical components for the Primary Current Injection systems and Partial Discharge Test Equipment undergoes rigorous inspection, including functionality, insulation resistance, and dimensional conformity before entering assembly.

In-Process Quality Monitoring

During assembly of products such as the Circuit Breaker Analyzer and Transformer Oil Test Kit, real-time inspections are conducted at each production stage, focusing on circuit integrity, firmware calibration, and PCB mounting accuracy.

Functional and Safety Testing

Every finished unit-especially High Voltage Testers and Battery Test Kits-is subjected to full-load simulations, dielectric strength tests, and over-voltage protection checks to verify electrical safety and operational performance.

Calibration with Certified Standards

We use internationally recognized calibration equipment and traceable reference standards to fine-tune measurement accuracy for all devices, including the Protection Relay Tester and Partial Discharge Test Equipment.

Final Quality Assurance Before Shipping

Before packaging, each product undergoes a final quality audit, including appearance check, interface verification, system diagnostics, and full compliance review based on client and regulatory requirements.

Pre-Shipment Burn-In and Stability Verification

Critical systems such as Primary Current Injection and Battery Test Kits are subjected to 12–24 hours of continuous operation under varying loads to verify thermal stability and long-term reliability.
