At the beginning of this month, Chengdu Metro Power Supply Company publicly tendered for the purchase of a batch of power testing equipment. Our company has stood out from numerous domestic manufacturers and successfully won the bid for a batch of high-voltage testing instruments through the concerted efforts of the whole team, relying on excellent product quality, strong technical strength, rich industry experience, good industry reputation, and perfect service system. The main equipment includes two sets of zinc oxide lightning arrester characteristic testers, two sets of power frequency withstand voltage test devices, two sets of DC withstand voltage leakage testers, circuit resistance testers, grounding downlead conductivity testers, transformer DC resistance testers, digital high-voltage meters, insulation resistance meters, circuit breaker parameter testers, insulation oil dielectric strength testers, and dual clamp multifunctional grounding resistance testers.
The Phase I project of Chengdu Metro Line 1 starts from Honghuayan Station in the north and ends at the Convention and Exhibition Center Station in the south. The total length of the main line is about 18.517km, all of which are underground stations. There are a total of 16 underground stations. One control center will be set up at the exhibition center, one vehicle depot and comprehensive maintenance base will be set up at Zaojiaoshu, and one 110/35kV main substation will be set up in Zaojiaoshu vehicle depot and near the South Railway Station. The power supply system adopts a centralized, two-level voltage supply mode of 110/35kV. The traction power supply system and the power lighting distribution system share a 35kV power supply ring network. The traction power supply system adopts DC1500V overhead contact network power supply and running track return current mode. The whole line is equipped with 8 traction step-down hybrid substations (including 7 on the main line and 1 at the depot), 10 step-down substations, and 6 follow-up step-down substations.
