The working principle of the DC motor test bench mainly includes the following core parts. Let's take a look together.

Motor Test Bench

1. Test power supply system: The DC motor test bench usually uses a static variable frequency power supply, which can provide stable output frequency and voltage to ensure the accuracy of the test. The test bench is usually equipped with two test power supplies, each driving two motors for towing, one running as an electric motor and the other running as a generator. The electrical energy generated by the generator is reverse rectified into direct current and supplied to the inverter unit of the motor test power supply. Compared with traditional direct consumption schemes such as power dynamometers, this method can save 70% to 90% of electricity consumption.

2. Electrical parameter testing system: The electrical parameter testing system adopts variable frequency power sensors and variable frequency power analyzers, which can meet the testing needs of power frequency motors and variable frequency motors. At the same time, it can also test and analyze the harmonic and other parameters of the test power supply. This testing system can not only meet the needs of low-frequency stall, overspeed and other testing, but also ensure the accuracy of measurement results.

3. Distributed measurement and control system: The test bench adopts a distributed measurement and control system, mainly used to measure non electric parameters such as torque, speed, temperature, and electrical parameters that need to be monitored during the test process. This system controls the entire experimental process and processes experimental data through software, improving the accuracy, reliability, and flexibility of experimental data.

4. Sensors and signal conditioning module: Sensors are used to collect various physical quantities (such as torque, speed, etc.), while the signal conditioning module is responsible for converting these raw signals into digital signals for data acquisition and processing. These modules ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement results.

5. Data acquisition hardware and software: The data acquisition hardware is responsible for real-time collection of various experimental data, while the data acquisition software is responsible for processing and storing these data. The entire system has the characteristics of multi-channel and multifunctional, and can handle complex experimental data.

6. Numerical operation processing software and graphical display and operation software: These software are responsible for the operation and processing of experimental data, generating experimental reports, and displaying measurement results in graphical form, making it convenient for operators to intuitively understand the experimental results.

Through the collaborative work of the above parts, the DC motor test bench can achieve efficient and accurate motor performance testing, meeting various testing needs.
