1, DC resistance testing method
The DC resistance testing method is a simple, convenient, and reliable method for testing motor stators. When testing, first connect the two ends of the motor stator to a multimeter and measure the DC resistance value of the motor stator. If the test results show that the DC resistance value of the motor stator exceeds the standard range, it indicates that there is an abnormality in the motor stator and it needs to be repaired or replaced.
2, AC resistance testing method
Compared to the DC resistance method, the AC resistance testing method is a more accurate motor stator testing method. During testing, connect the two ends of the motor stator to an AC power source and measure the AC resistance value of the motor stator. If the AC resistance value of the motor stator exceeds the standard range, it indicates that the motor stator has a fault and needs to be repaired or replaced.
3, Excitation current testing method
The excitation current testing method is a way to detect whether there is a short circuit in the stator winding of a motor. During testing, connect the two ends of the motor stator to the power supply, and determine whether there is a short circuit in the motor stator winding by measuring the excitation current of the motor stator. If the excitation current of the motor stator is abnormal, it indicates that there is a short circuit in the motor stator winding, and it also needs to be repaired or replaced with a new one.
