1, Preparation work for motor testing

2, Static testing of motor
1. DC resistance measurement: Use a multimeter or oscilloscope to measure the DC resistance between the motor windings to determine if the windings are normal.
2. Insulation resistance measurement: Use an insulation resistance tester to measure the insulation resistance between the winding and ground to evaluate the insulation performance.
3. Insulation voltage test: Use a high voltage tester to apply high voltage between the winding and ground to test the insulation strength and insulation performance.

 

3, Motor dynamic testing
1. Idle test: Disconnect the motor shaft end from the load, apply rated voltage, and measure parameters such as current, power, speed, and efficiency of the motor.
2. Load testing: Apply rated voltage, apply appropriate load to the motor shaft end, and measure parameters such as current, power, speed, efficiency, etc. of the motor under different loads.
3. Starting test: Apply rated voltage, measure the starting current and starting time of the motor, and evaluate the starting performance of the motor.
4. Torque test: Apply rated voltage, measure the output torque of the motor under different loads, and evaluate the load capacity and torque characteristics of the motor.
5. Electromagnetic noise testing: Use a sound level meter or vibration sensor to measure the electromagnetic noise level of the motor and evaluate its noise performance.
