The testing system mainly includes testing power supply, power switch shielding room, signal sensor, power testing equipment, automatic testing unit, control console, AC motor testing software system, database system, etc. According to user requirements, the type test loading equipment can choose from various devices such as accompanying test motors (including DC generators, AC generators, wound rotor motors), eddy current dynamometers, magnetic powder dynamometers, etc., to meet the type test needs of different motors.
Measurement and control method: microcomputer measurement
The measurement box is equipped with current and voltage sensors, and a signal conditioning interface module is used in the intermediate stage. The computer completes the signal acquisition and measurement tasks.
Control method: Directly controlled by automotive grade microcontroller
The interlocking control adopts Siemens automotive microcontrollers from Germany, and the interlocking program can be customized according to user requirements. The modified control system has stable performance and good scalability.
Operation mode: coexistence of manual and automatic operation modes
In order to avoid the impact of microcomputer failure on the experimental work, a combination of manual control (panel button operation) and automatic control (computer keyboard/mouse operation) is adopted, which is not conducive to using automatic control or microcomputer failure. Manual operation can be used for the experiment.
Test data processing: Test results are stored in industrial control computers or servers
The automatic test result data of the AC motor test bench industrial control computer is directly saved in the test industrial control computer hard disk. The test data is manually input into the test software interface and then saved in the memory, providing local database function for querying test data. It is designed with automatic test report generation function and output printing function (equipped with HP multifunctional laser printer).
