Wuhan UHV specializes in producing series resonance (also known as frequency modulation series resonance). Next, we will share with you the wiring method of frequency modulation series resonance.
The so-called wiring method mainly refers to the wiring method of the resonant reactor and the connection method of the high-voltage side winding of the excitation transformer.
Reactor wiring method: single unit series parallel hybrid connection
Single unit: Simple wiring using only one reactor, commonly used in low voltage and low current testing scenarios or for single large capacity reactors
Series connection: suitable for situations where the test voltage is high but the test current is low
Parallel connection: suitable for situations where the test voltage is low but the test current is high
Hybrid connection: suitable for situations where the experimental parameters are between series and parallel connection
Reactor series connection: Connect the ends of the reactor in series
Parallel connection of reactors: All reactors are connected to each other at the head end and to each other at the tail end
Reactor hybrid connection: There are both series and parallel connections between multiple reactors (including mixed connections of reactors of the same and different specifications)
Excitation transformer high voltage winding connection method: single winding series parallel hybrid connection
Single winding: excitation transformer with a single winding on the high voltage side
Series connection: suitable for situations where the test voltage is high but the test current is low
Parallel connection: suitable for situations where the test voltage is low but the test current is high
Hybrid connection: suitable for situations where the experimental parameters are between series and parallel connection
Parallel connection of multiple excitation transformers: When the current of a single excitation transformer cannot meet the test requirements, multiple excitation transformers can be connected in parallel. Due to the generally graded insulation structure of excitation transformers, different excitation transformers cannot be connected in series.
Note:
(1) The parallel excitation transformers must be of the same specifications and use the same high-voltage winding connection method.
(2) Since current sampling only takes one excitation transformer, the principle is to take the current signal from which excitation transformer, which excitation transformer's high-voltage grounding terminal is grounded, and the high-voltage grounding terminals of the other transformers need to be suspended.
