The client company was established in October 1995 and is a company that provides a wide range of heavy industry engineering services and products. The company's business involves advanced industrial power, drive, and automation system industries.
The customer purchased this equipment in March 2020. Initially, the customer inquired about the complete set of cable fault testers, and the salesperson actively responded by sending a quotation to the customer. After reviewing the information, the customer stated that they only needed the flash tester in this set of cable fault testers. To ensure that a single device can be used normally, the salesperson confirmed with the customer again, and the customer replied that they only need to test for short circuit and open circuit faults. Subsequently, the customer requested to watch the equipment demonstration video on site. Ultra high voltage power immediately arranged for technical engineers to actively cooperate and conduct demonstration tests for customers. The products of ultra-high voltage power have also been recognized by customers. The customer placed an order to purchase a batch of instruments, and the first cooperation between the two parties was successfully achieved.
In April 2022, the customer contacted the salesperson again and requested to purchase another batch of equipment, emphasizing the need to maintain the same quality as last time. Recently, after friendly negotiations, the second cooperation between the two parties has been successfully achieved.
