The stator of a motor is an important part of the motor, responsible for generating magnetic fields and converting electrical energy into mechanical energy. Stator Test Bench

1. DC resistance test
DC resistance testing is a simple, fast, and easy to operate testing method. When testing, contact the two test pins of the tester with the two terminals of the stator, and the tester will display the resistance value. Based on the electrical characteristics of the motor stator, it can be determined whether the state of the motor stator is normal. If the resistance value is too high or too low, it indicates that there may be problems such as open circuit or short circuit.

 

2. Low voltage winding test
Low voltage winding testing is to test the state of the motor stator by applying low voltage. During testing, contact the two test pins of the tester with the two terminals of the stator and apply a low voltage, then observe the changes in current and voltage. Based on the test results, it can be determined whether there are open circuits, short circuits, and other issues with the stator.

 

3. High voltage winding test
High voltage winding testing is to test the state of the motor stator by applying high voltage. During testing, contact the two test pins of the tester with the two terminals of the stator and apply high voltage, then observe the changes in current and voltage. Based on the test results, it can be determined whether there is insulation damage or leakage in the stator.

 

The above are several common methods for testing motor stators, each with its own scope of application and advantages and disadvantages. When conducting stator testing, appropriate testing methods should be selected based on the actual situation to ensure the normal operation of the motor.
