Transmission Amplitude Frequency Characteristics Of Series Resonant Circuit

The transmission characteristics of series resonance (also known as series resonance device) differ from the input in that the influence and response are considered at different poles (terminals) of the series resonance. Series resonance is represented in the form of a four port network.

Consider two commonly used voltage transmission characteristics in practice, which are used to connect PSC in the form of a four port network

At frequencies close to co 0, 1/(co 0 C)=ub=p, i.e

Then, the transmission frequency response curve of PSC will adopt the form shown in the figure.

Therefore, near the resonant frequency, the transmission frequency characteristics of the two switch circuits of PSK are actually consistent.

In order to achieve the signal selection function, PSC is usually used at the impulse frequency close to the resonance frequency. As the quality factor Q increases, the maximum frequency response increases, but the bandwidth decreases.
