Wuhan UHV specializes in producing series resonance (also known as variable frequency series resonance withstand voltage test device). Next, we will share with you how to perform AC withstand voltage test on the variable frequency series resonance withstand voltage test device.
Electricity workers often need to test the voltage resistance of electrical appliances in their daily work, especially for high-capacity testing products such as high-voltage switches, cables, etc. Generally speaking, the research on testing the voltage resistance performance requires us to use a series resonance test system device. How to use a series resonance test design device for AC voltage resistance testing? This is the answer.
Electric power educators can use a series resonant voltage withstand test device to conduct AC voltage withstand tests. By following the following questions, they can complete the test successfully.
1. Equipment wiring. The device can input 220V and 380V power supply. The output terminal of the power host is connected to the input terminal of the excitation transformer, the signal and ground wires of the voltage divider are grounded, the tap of the excitation transformer is connected to the lower end of the reactor, the upper end of the first reactor is connected in series with the lower end of the second reactor, and the upper end of the second reactor is connected to the lower end of the third reactor, and then the output terminal is connected. We should note that there are some subtle differences in the wiring methods between the input 220V and 380V.
2. Set parameters. The parameters set include: starting frequency, ending frequency, starting voltage, first stage test voltage, first stage test time, etc. If we do not have a phased withstand voltage test, we only need to set such an important stage test voltage value and corresponding test design time. For other educational stages, the test voltage and test data time can be set to 0.
3. Start the experiment. The experiment can be set up with manual and automatic testing, or semi manual and semi automatic testing. The automatic testing instrument automatically boosts the voltage when starting the test, while manual testing requires entering a manual testing management interface.
4. Parameter calculation. The system will automatically calculate inductance, capacitance, and frequency parameters.
By following the above steps, one can effectively use the series resonance test device for conducting information exchange withstand voltage tests.
