Test nature: Handover and acceptance test of 220kV GIS AC withstand voltage test plan


Test execution standard: GB50150 Technical specifications of the manufacturing plant


The purpose of this experiment is to verify whether the main insulation of the 220kV GIS composite electrical device has the specified electrical strength after installation on site.


Test conditions: After the installation of all equipment in GIS is completed, SF6 sulfur hexafluoride gas is filled to the specified pressure value with good sealing. SF6 intelligent micro water measuring instrument is used to detect gas humidity and moisture content; The electrical test must be completed and meet the requirements.


220kV GIS AC withstand voltage test method:
① Disconnect all voltage transformers (PT) and installed lightning arresters in the GIS fully gas insulated composite electrical equipment.
② Connect all secondary short circuits of current transformers (CTs) to the ground, remove all external conduit leads of GIS gas insulated composite electrical equipment, and ensure sufficient safety distance.
③ Strengthen equipment protection measures around the test site, establish isolation protection measures and life safety prevention measures within the test site.


220kV GIS AC withstand voltage test plan pressurization process:
① The AC withstand voltage value of the 252kV GIS composite electrical device is 80% of the factory value, which is 460 × 0.8=368kV. First, raise the voltage to 126kV and hold it for 5 minutes, then continue to hold it at 252kV for 3 minutes, and then increase it to the test voltage and hold it for one minute before dropping to zero. It is necessary to ensure that the withstand voltage passes in the last minute.
② Using the method of AC voltage withstand resonance device for substation electrical equipment to conduct AC voltage withstand test on GIS.
③ The components of the AC voltage withstand resonant device for substation electrical equipment include: variable frequency control power supply, voltage acquisition divider, reactor, excitation transformer, and compensation capacitor.
