High-precision Measurement Capability
The transformer test system has high-precision measurement capabilities, and can achieve an accuracy of ±0.1% within the voltage range below 500. In the higher measurement range, such as the voltage range of 500 to 3000, the accuracy drops slightly to ±0.2%, but it still maintains a high level to ensure the reliability of the test data.
Dual Power Supply Mode
The test system is equipped with two power supply modes: built-in battery and external power supply, which improves the adaptability of the system. Built-in battery power supply means that the system is equipped with a rechargeable battery inside, which can work independently without an external power supply. It is suitable for outdoor or non-fixed power supply environments, such as power inspection or field testing. External power supply means that when the test system is in a laboratory or an environment with a stable power supply, it can be directly connected to an external power supply for power supply. This power supply method can avoid the problem of battery exhaustion when there is sufficient power, and is suitable for long-term continuous testing.
Intelligent Charging
The transformer test system has an intelligent charging management module that can monitor the voltage and current of the battery in real time, and dynamically adjust the charging parameters according to the battery charging status to achieve the best charging efficiency. For example, when the battery charge is less than 30%, the system will provide a current of up to 5A to speed up charging; when the charge reaches more than 80%, the current will gradually decrease to about 1A to prevent overcharging and overheating of the battery, thereby extending the battery life.

The transformer test system uses high-energy-density lithium-ion materials, and the capacity is usually between 5000mAh and 10000mAh, ensuring that the device can work continuously for more than 8 hours after being fully charged, meeting high-intensity work requirements and reducing downtime caused by charging.
