High-precision Output

Multiple Frequency Selection
Many products on the market only provide a single frequency selection of 0.1Hz, while our 80kV VLF tester provides three output frequency options of 0.1Hz, 0.05Hz and 0.02Hz. This makes our instrument suitable for cables of different lengths. For example, a higher frequency (0.1Hz) can be selected for short cables, and a lower frequency (0.02Hz) can be selected for long cables to ensure the best test results.
Good Waveform Quality
The voltage waveform distortion of the 80kV VLF tester is ≤5%. Compared with products on the market whose waveform distortion may reach 10% or higher, our generator can detect insulation performance more accurately and reduce measurement errors caused by waveform distortion.
Safety Protection System
Our 80kV VLF tester is equipped with a safety protection system, including overvoltage protection (trigger threshold is 105% of rated voltage), overcurrent protection (trigger threshold is 110% of rated current), overtemperature protection (automatically triggered when internal temperature exceeds 75°C) and short-circuit protection (response time <10ms). This system can monitor the operating status of the equipment in real time and reduce safety risks.
