The Circuit Breaker Characteristic Tester is a new specialized instrument for detecting the mechanical dynamic characteristics of high-voltage circuit breakers. The high-voltage switch mechanical characteristic tester adopts high-tech technology, integrating computer, printer, measurement interface circuit, and operating power supply, and is a new specialized instrument for high-voltage circuit breaker detection. The high-voltage switch mechanical characteristic tester is equipped with two types of displacement sensors suitable for different distances and accuracy tests. The instrument's automatic recognition system identifies the selected sensors and completes distance and speed measurement for low oil, high oil, sulfur hexafluoride, and vacuum high-voltage circuit breakers.

Daily maintenance

 

This instrument is a precision and valuable equipment. Please keep it safe during use and prevent heavy drops or impacts. When using outdoors, try to operate under shade as much as possible to avoid the LCD screen being exposed to direct sunlight for a long time
When the instrument is not in use, it should be stored indoors at a temperature of -10 to 40 degrees Celsius, with a relative humidity not exceeding 80%, and with ventilation and no corrosive gases. In humid seasons, if not in use for a long time, it is best to turn on the electricity once a month for about 1 hour each time.

3. Connect and disconnect correctly. When connecting the test wire to the live terminal, do not connect or disconnect the test wire at will.
4. Product grounding. The grounding column of the product casing must be grounded in addition to being grounded through the power cord grounding wire. To prevent electric shock, the grounding conductor must be connected to the ground. Before connecting to the input or output terminals of the product, ensure that the product is properly grounded.
5. Pay attention to the rated values of all terminals. To prevent fire or electric shock hazards, please pay attention to all ratings and markings of the product. Before connecting the product, please read the user manual for further information on the rated values.
6. Do not operate without an instrument cover. Do not operate the product if the cover or panel has been removed.
7. Use appropriate fuses. Only fuses that meet the specified type and rating of the product can be used.
8. Avoid contact with exposed circuits and live metals. Do not touch exposed contacts and parts when the product is powered on.
9. Do not operate when there is a suspicious malfunction. If you suspect that the product is damaged, please contact the maintenance personnel for inspection and do not continue to operate.
10. After the test is completed, the test line should be removed only after the discharge is finished.
