Fully Automatic Trip-Type Insulating boots(gloves) test device is an intelligent and safety-enhanced testing device specifically designed to perform power-frequency AC withstand voltage tests and leakage current tests on rubber-based personal protective equipment (PPE) such as insulated boots (shoes) and insulated gloves.
Its core design objective is: to immediately and automatically cut off high-voltage output and trigger an alarm if the tested insulated boot or glove breaks down or exceeds leakage current limits during testing. This maximizes operator safety and protects the equipment itself, preventing hazards like sample rupture or sustained discharge.

1.Withstand Voltage Test: Applies specified high voltage (significantly higher than the rated voltage) to insulated boots/shoes or gloves for a set duration (e.g., 1 or 3 minutes) to verify their ability to withstand high voltage without breakdown.
2.Leakage Current Test: Precisely measures the minute current (leakage current) flowing through the sample during high-voltage application to assess insulation integrity (leakage current must be below standard-defined limits).
3.Automatic Trip Protection: The defining feature differentiating this equipment from standard testers. Instantly (millisecond response) cuts off high-voltage output upon:
Sample Breakdown: Complete insulation failure causing a sharp current surge.
Excessive Leakage Current: Leakage current exceeds preset safety thresholds (usually adjustable).
Other Safety Faults: Such as high-voltage short circuits or internal equipment failures.
4.Automatic Result Judgment: Determines "Pass" or "Fail" based on whether tripping occurred and if leakage current stayed within limits.
