The dew point meter manufactures is suitable for measuring the dew point value of SF6 gas, and can also measure the dew point value of air, nitrogen, inert gases, and any non corrosive gases. Performance characteristics
(1) High stability: Under severe interference conditions, the measurement data can remain stable within a range of ± 0.5 ℃ and has excellent long-term stability with good repeatability.
(2) High precision: Equipped with original imported high-performance dew point sensors and high-speed 12 bit ∑ - Δ AD analog-to-digital converters, the highest resolution reaches 0.1 ℃, fully meeting practical measurement requirements. Accurate and reliable measurement results are achieved within the full range, with a wide measurement range, fast response speed, and stable and reliable measurement results.
(3) Intelligence: Self calibration upon startup, the sensor probe can automatically calibrate the zero point, eliminating system errors caused by zero drift and ensuring measurement accuracy.
(4) Multiple protection: Equipped with an oil filter device, it is not affected by dust particles and most chemical pollutants, and can provide anti oil protection for sensors, making it extremely suitable for use in industrial environments.
(5) Quick gas saving: After entering the measurement state, the dew point value measurement time is 3-5 minutes.
Precautions
1. When the battery level displays low, it should be charged promptly. During the charging process, the charger indicator light is red. After 3-4 hours, the battery is fully charged and the charging indicator light turns green. The SF6 gas recovery device supplier can also be used as usual while charging, but the charging time is slightly longer.
2. When adjusting the gas flow rate, the flow valve should be slowly opened to indicate a flow rate of around 0.6L/min.
3. The SF6 gas recovery device factory should be placed in a safe location to prevent damage and avoid severe vibration.
4. Do not test for corrosive gases.
