SF6 Gas Recovery & Refilling Device is a specialized equipment used for safe and efficient collection, purification, storage, and reuse of sulfur hexafluoride gas used in electrical equipment (mainly high-voltage switchgear such as GIS, circuit breakers, transformers, etc.).

Maintenance and upkeep methods
1. The SF6 gas recovery device and surrounding environment should be kept clean regularly.
2. The SF6 gas recovery device consists of various machinery and instruments. During transportation, collision, impact, and tilting should be avoided to ensure the reliable use of the device.
3. The SF6 gas recovery device has undergone a sealing test before leaving the factory. Due to various factors, please conduct regular sealing checks after running for a certain period of time.
4. SF6 gas recovery device vacuum pump
Check the oil level every time the machine is turned on, and the oil level should be within 2/3 of the oil gauge.
Regular maintenance of vacuum pump; The exhaust valve can be repaired after 500 hours of first use. Use 2000 hours for pump maintenance in the future. The vacuum pump needs to be replaced with oil in a timely and frequent manner. The longer the service life of a vacuum pump, the higher the maximum vacuum it can reach.
If there is abnormal exhaust sound and oil level fluctuation in the vacuum pump, the exhaust valve plate should be checked in a timely manner for looseness, aging, or damage, the sealing of the valve seat gasket should be intact, and the debris, dirty oil, and sediment in the oil tank should be removed to avoid additional pressure caused by a large amount of oil entering, which may cause damage to the rotor, rotor, and pump body.
5. SF6 gas recovery device SF6 compressor
Before starting up and during operation, the oil level should be checked. During operation, the height on the right side should be at the upper end of 1/2 of the oil level gauge and should not be lower than the "low line" of the oil level gauge. If the oil level drops, it should be refueled appropriately.
The compressor has been working for 6000 hours and requires major repairs.

Regularly check the pressure gauge to ensure that the high and low pressures are within the specified range.
Pay attention to whether there is any leakage or oil seepage at each connecting part. The leaking part is often the leaking part. If the above phenomenon occurs, please stop the machine in time for inspection and treatment.
