UHV-316Z Intelligent Inter-Turn Inter-Turn Impulse Withstand Voltage Tester is a professional instrument for testing the insulation performance of coil products such as electric motors. It adopts the surge waveform comparison method and applies high-voltage surge pulses to detect insulation defects between layers and turns.

 

Product Features

 

(a). Equipped with a color LCD touch screen, guided prompt operation, and self-diagnosis function, making operation convenient and intuitive.

(b). Self-diagnosis prompt function for easy troubleshooting, with guided operation.

(c). Touch-key operation on the touch screen for presetting test parameters and judgment parameters. Up to 72 test parameter setting groups (including pre-input standard waveforms) can be configured and stored, meeting the product specification requirements of most manufacturers with quantitative judgment results.

(d). Automatically completes measurements at fixed time through associated control of the measuring circuit, and displays real-time parameters such as current test voltage and test time to improve work efficiency.

(e). Collects the waveform of the current test phase in real time during testing, and displays waveforms of measured phases simultaneously on the color LCD touch screen (distinguished by different colors), allowing direct observation of differences (non-coincidence) among phase waveforms.

(f). Calculates and analyzes waveforms of all test phases immediately after testing, displays various errors and judgment results between phases on the color LCD touch screen, and automatically saves detailed test records (up to 1000 groups).

(g). Detailed test contents (including waveforms, corresponding errors and other test parameters) can be reviewed from automatically saved records for further observation and analysis.

(h). Waveform display scale can be easily adjusted via touch keys on the color LCD touch screen for different test objects, facilitating operation by test personnel.

(i). For single-circuit (one set of measuring terminals) instruments (10kV and above), standard test waveforms of formed coil windings can be pre-input and stored for individual formed coil winding tests. During testing, waveforms of the same type of test objects are compared with the standard waveform for calculation and judgment, with simple operation.

(j). Real-time grounding protection detection function: testing is prohibited or terminated if grounding is unreliable, ensuring personal safety.

(k). Main functions of this instrument can replace the upper computer system composed of a desktop computer (mouse and keyboard) and monitor. It is simpler to operate, more suitable for production site use, and more cost-effective.
