Product introduction
UHV-316L Automatic Hub Motor Test Bench is designed for the final electrical test of permanent magnet hub motors (without tires, with valve holes). It automatically tests whether motors meet control standards for specified items and generates test reports.
Product Features
1.Automatically tests DC resistance, insulation resistance, no-load test, load test, and other items of permanent magnet hub motors.
2.Automatically judges whether test data conforms to quality control limits based on parameter settings.
3.Supports manual input of test data.
4.Automatically generates test forms and reports.
5.Single-station design: tests one motor at a time; maximum DC test current ≤ 300A.
6.Equipped with safety interlock protection, audible and visual alarm, and emergency stop functions.
7.Built-in code scanning function: automatically retrieves product parameters from the database.
8.Supports MES function: test data is stored to a designated location for direct access by the MES system.
9.Uses an AC motor as the loading device, with linearly adjustable loading torque.
10.Single-station system: only one motor can be tested at a time.
11.Easy-to-dismantle motor mounting mechanism, suitable for testing various motor models. The valve hole of the motor under test is connected to the dynamometer via a hook.
12.Automatic data acquisition and judgment by software, effectively improving test accuracy.
13.Test software supports data storage and query.
14.Equipped with interchangeable motor mounting brackets, enabling wide compatibility with multiple motor models.
Test Items
The operator mounts the motor on the bracket, connects the power and Hall wires, confirms correct wiring, and presses the start button to perform the following tests:
1.Visual Inspection: Manual visual check for complete and correct assembly, no dirt, collision, or scratches before mounting.
2.No-Load Test: Measures voltage, current, speed, rotation direction, and power under no-load operation; manual noise inspection is available.
3.Load Performance Test: Torque-speed curve, power-speed curve, efficiency MAP, temperature rise test under different duty cycles, and overload test (long duration; items can be selected via checkbox).
