Product introduction
The UHV-316D stator test system is mainly used for testing single-phase and three-phase generator stators, and can measure stators with 3-wire, 6-wire, 9-wire, and 12-wire windings. This test system adopts a 2-channel wiring method, suitable for testing 3-wire and 6-wire stators of new energy motors below H355 frame size.
Test items including DC resistance test, insulation resistance test, inter-turn insulation test, power frequency withstand voltage test, winding current balance test, and rotation direction test.
Optional test items including Inductance test, current balance test, magnetic field rotation direction test.
